This is an HTTP client with a custom user interface specifically geared toward browsing hypermedia sites based on
<http://enwp.org/Hypertext_Application_Language>. It contains affordances that are rarely found in traditional programmer-friendly HTTP clients such as `xh` or the various Firecamp clones. The intended use cases are to support server-side developers coming up with good resource-oriented designs, and to provide a sandbox for client-side developers in order to explore and familiarise and to be able to write resilient HAL consumers.
